What better way to use your airplane then to fly to the Lajitas Golf Resort for a weekend of golf, a little learning (not too much!), and a whole lot of fun!
Come join Texas Top Aviation on February 22nd-24th, 2019 in Lajitas, Texas at the Lajitas Golf Resort for the 2019 Texas Top Aviation Lajitas Golf Resort Fly In. Lajitas is home to the Black Jack Crossing Golf Course, which was named the Most Beautiful Course in Texas by Golf Magazine.
The weekend starts off with your arrival at the Lajitas International Airport (89TE) on Friday afternoon. The 7,500 foot runway has no problems accommodating any size aircraft, while the FBO ramp has plenty of room for all the pilot/golfers.
A resort shuttle will be waiting to take you, your buddies, and your golfing gear to the resort. Lajitas Resort will provide an exquisite menu for the welcome dinner on Friday evening. Then, Saturday morning, it’s time to hit the links!
Saturday afternoon, Hank Gibson of Texas Top Aviation will present two, one-hour long aviation seminars designed to help you better understand your airplane and avionics.
Sunday morning is round of golf number two, then departure back home on Sunday afternoon.
The weekend will run $920/person ($525/person for a non-golfing spouse). That includes both rounds of golf, accommodations for the weekend, Friday & Saturday dinner, and Saturday & Sunday lunch (breakfast is not included and will be charged separately by the resort).
