Available immediately, a 1/5 share of N28TK, a very well cared for 2002 Cirrus SR22 based at the Boerne Stage Airfield (5C1) in San Antonio, TX. Come be a part of a special partnership. Los Cielos Flyers, LLC has been together for 10 years. This group of pilots takes excellent care of N28TK and have done some very nice upgrades to the airplane since they have owned it. 4 of the 5 owners have been trained by a Platinum CSIP and are very knowledgeable in the operation of a Cirrus SR22.
The avionics overhaul was done in 2017 by NexAir Avionics near Boston, MA. NexAir is known for their high quality Cirrus avionics work, which is why the owners took the airplane from San Antonio to Boston. The 3 screen Aspen panel modernizes the 2002 Cirrus, bringing full glass and no need for any steam gauge backup instruments (the attitude indicator in the pictures is a backup to the backup). The right hand Aspen screen is a full PFD backup with a backup battery to the center PFD, eliminating the need for any steam gauge backup instruments.
The Avidyne IFD 540 and 440 WAAS GPS Units bring WAAS capability, +V advisory glide path capability on RNAV approaches, and so much more. The hybrid touch screens make working the units in turbulence a non-issue.
The engine continues to run strong at over 2600 hours. Blackstone oil analysis reports are done each oil change and are available upon request. Believe it or not, only 1 cylinder has been changed in the entire 2600 hours that this engine has been on N28TK! The owners have a $75,000 engine reserve in the bank, so when the time comes, a new engine is already paid for.
Want to join the Los Cielos Flyers and get in the pilot’s seat of N28TK? This is a great opportunity to get access to a great Cirrus without having to shoulder the entire cost yourself.
