Fly-In Golf Tournament
The Texas Top Aviation Fly-In Golf Tournament kicks off on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, at 1:30 PM. This two-round tournament uses a Stroke Play format based on net scores, so don’t forget to enter your handicap during registration. Don’t have a handicap? You can calculate it here.
Not a golfer? No problem! The resort and the Big Bend area offer a variety of activities, including Jeep rentals, hiking, and scenic exploration, making this one of the top-notch Texas aviation events in 2025 for pilots.
Aviation Seminars
On Thursday morning, March 27th, we’ll feature three seminars hosted by aviation industry experts:
Seminars begin at 9:00 AM and conclude before lunch.
Community and Dining
Enjoy group dinners at the resort each evening at 7:30 PM, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and unwind after a full day of activities.

Please note, the registration fee only includes the rooms and golfing. All food and beverage costs will be billed directly to the attendee.
Getting There
Arrive at the Lajitas International Airport (T89) to start your unforgettable experience. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to transport attendees to the resort. Please include your ETA and tail number when registering. The Resort will meet you plane side upon your arrival. Lajitas International has instrument approaches to both runways.

The airport is in a valley, but there is significant terrain in the area. Please study the VFR Sectional Chart before coming and be careful. Night VFR operations are strongly discouraged due to high terrain in the area. If arriving at night, utilize one of the IFR approaches.
There is an Obstacle Departure Procedure published for a Runway 07 departure, the Marfa 2 Departure Procedure.
