Aircraft Description

Price:  Sold!

N50FT is a beautiful 2006 Cirrus SR22.  It has been professionally managed and professionally flown for most of its life.  The metallic blue paint scheme pops on the ramp and even appears to have some different shading depending on how the sun is hitting it.  Being a normally aspirated SR22, the Continental IO-550N performs well at rich of peak (170 KTAS, 17.5 GPH) or lean of peak (158 KTAS, 13 GPH).  Over 1,000 pound useful load!  530 pound payload with full fuel (81 gallons).

All compressions 67 or above at June 2022 annual.

Full ADS-B In and Out, complements of the Stratus ESG transponder and Stratus 3i device installed in the airplane.  Equipped with the Avidyne DFC 90 Digital Autopilot that integrates seamlessly with the dual Garmin 430W units and the Avidyne EX 5000 Entegra glass panel.  The DFC 90 is a great safety tool, with built in Stability Protection and the Straight and Level Button.

The Air Conditioning blows cold and keeps the cabin comfortable.

2 Bose A20 Panel Powered ANR Front Seat Headsets and 2 Lightspeed Zulu 3 Panel Powered ANR Back Seat Headsets are included.

Aircraft is currently in annual in San Antonio, TX (KSAT), making this a great opportunity to purchase with a fresh annual.
