Cirrus Vision Jet Training For Owners and Pilots
Texas Top Aviation offers specialized mentor piloting and proficiency training for Cirrus Vision Jet owners and pilots. Our Vision Jet qualified instructor provides expert guidance to help you build confidence and maintain proficiency in your SF50, whether you are between factory training events or simply want to sharpen your skills.

We support all Vision Jet models, including the G1, G2, G2+, and G3.
Vision Jet SOE Training
Every newly type-rated Cirrus Vision Jet pilot is required to complete 25 hours of Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) before flying single-pilot. At Texas Top Aviation, we don’t treat those 25 hours as a box to check or time to simply “fly around.” We structure your SOE as real-world, mission-based training — actual trips, real weather, real ATC, and the single-pilot-jet decision-making you’ll face once you’re on your own. You finish your SOE not just legal, but genuinely ready to operate your Vision Jet safely and confidently.

The time between your initial and recurrent type rating training at the Cirrus factory is when proficiency matters most. Texas Top Aviation bridges that gap with customized training designed to keep your skills sharp and your flying safe. Our training covers:
- Single pilot jet operations and workload management
- Instrument approach proficiency, including LPV, LNAV/VNAV, and ILS approaches
- Garmin G3000 avionics proficiency and advanced features
- Emergency procedures practice, including CAPS decision-making scenarios
- Takeoff and landing proficiency at various airport environments
- Weather decision-making and real-world scenario-based training
- High altitude operations and physiological awareness

Training is tailored to your experience level and specific areas of focus. Beyond your initial 25-hour SOE, there are no additional hour requirements or prerequisites for proficiency training other than holding a current Vision Jet type rating.
