1999 Gear Up Incident (11 Years Prior to the JetProp Conversion): Pilot forgot to put gear down after being distracted by a traffic call. Repairs completed by Des Moines Flying Service, a Piper Service Center. All work very well documented in the logbooks. Took place while still a piston engine airplane.
