N95PR is a pristine, 2007 60th Anniversary Beechcraft G36 Bonanza.  This G36 Bonanza has every option a pilot could ask for, plus a new engine.  N95PR is an awesome flying machine.

Factory air-conditioning, a WAAS G1000, Synthetic Vision, and tinted rear windows all keep the pilot happy and the passengers cool.  The leather interior is in excellent condition with no tears or stains.  The exterior white base with maroon and gold stripes is 9/10 with no chips.

The last annual was completed in March 2016.  It was done at Beaver Air Services in Houston, an American Bonanza Society Center of Excellence.  A factory remanufactured, Continental IO-550B, zero time engine was installed and now has less than 50 hours on it. New D’Shannon Engine Baffles were installed and the exhaust system was completely overhauled.

SOLD! N25120 Piper Malibu

Price:  Sold!

The Piper Malibu is the ultimate piston single engine airplane.  Equipped with 6 comfortable seats in a club arrangement, plenty of leg and headroom, air conditioning, pressurization, and certified for flight into known icing, what more can you ask for?  Imagine cruising in pressurized comfort up to FL250.

This airplane makes a fantastic upgrade from someone moving up from a Saratoga or a Cirrus.  With no cannulas to worry about due to the pressurization, it makes for a much more comfortable ride then one of the aforementioned airplanes.

Need range?  This Malibu holds 120 gallons and only burns 16.5 GPH in cruise.  You can take half tanks (60 gallons) and give yourself another 360 pounds of payload, but still have 3.5 hours worth of fuel!

With two separate baggage compartments, one in the nose and one behind the back row of seats, there is plenty of room for luggage (including multiple sets of golf clubs).

N25120 is equipped with a RAM cooling mod to get more air to the cylinders, so the CHTs always stay nice and cool, no matter the power setting and altitude.

Interested in N25120?  Call Texas Top Aviation today for more information and to set up a demo flight.

SOLD! N132BB Lancair Super ES

N132BB

SOLD!

Are you looking for an airplane that will get you places with both style and speed?  Just looking at N132BB, a 2004 Experimental Lancair Super ES, you can see it wants to go fast.  With a top cruise speed of 220 KTAS and a service ceiling of 25,000 feet, you can get places fast and climb over weather on your way.

Need to carry 4 people and full fuel?  No problem.  N132BB has a maximum gross weight of 4,000 pounds.  The empty weight comes in at a minuscule 2,510 pounds, giving you nearly 1,500 pounds of useful load.  Having 92 gallons of usable  fuel while only burning 16.5 GPH at cruise gives you a huge range to avoid all those pesky fuel stops.

N132BB sports beautiful, modern, dual-screen Garmin avionics.  Equipped with the dual-screen Garmin G3X Panels (the experimental version of the G600), dual axis Garmin GSA-28 autopilot (experimental version of the GFC 700), and Garmin GMC 305 autopilot control panel,  you will not find another airplane like it.  Fully loaded with a Garmin GDL 39 ADS-B antenna, you can get on screen, up to the minute traffic and weather while you are listening to the game on your XM Radio.

The only downside?  Those annoying bathroom breaks when you have to descend and slow down.

N132BB can be yours today.  Contact Hank Gibson at Texas Top Aviation at (512) 270-1298 or Hank@TXtopaviation.com.
