SOLD!

N565TV, a beautiful 2007 Cirrus SR22 G3 Turbo with the GTS package, is the lowest timed Avidyne Turbo Cirrus on the market.  Equipped with the Tornado Alley Turbo Normalizing package, the next owner can expect great performance at all altitudes.  185 knots TAS and 17 GPH are normal performance planning numbers on a standard day at 10,000 feet.

N565TV has several upgrades, including the DFC 90 Autopilot, a new PFD installed in 2014, LED Strobe lights and Nav lights, installed oxygen, and factory air conditioning. With only 420 hours on the engine and 445 on the airframe, N565TV has a long way to go before any maintenance will be needed on the engine.

Sheepskin covered front seats keep the leather clean and fresh, while the exterior is in excellent shape.  The airplane pops when it sits on a ramp.

Don’t miss the significant bonus depreciation available if you close on this great Cirrus before year end 2016.  Please consult with your tax expert regarding your individual qualification.

SOLD! N417MM 2007 G2 Cirrus SR22 GTS

SOLD!

This rare, 2007 normally aspirated GTS Cirrus SR22 is a good find.  N417MM has been upgraded from the STEC 55x autopilot to the DFC 90 Digital Autopilot, causing autopilot approaches to be more stable, giving the pilot the ability to select an indicated airspeed to hold in the climb, and increasing safety with the Straight and Level button.

N417MM has a fresh annual (July 2016) and is undergoing it’s CAPS repack.  The air conditioning system keeps the cabin cool even in the hottest weather.  The black leather interior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears.  The exterior paint looks like it just came out of the factory.

With only 1320 hours on the Continental IO-550 engine, N417MM has a lot of flying left before a new owner has to worry about an overhaul.

SOLD! N25120 Piper Malibu

Price:  Sold!

The Piper Malibu is the ultimate piston single engine airplane.  Equipped with 6 comfortable seats in a club arrangement, plenty of leg and headroom, air conditioning, pressurization, and certified for flight into known icing, what more can you ask for?  Imagine cruising in pressurized comfort up to FL250.

This airplane makes a fantastic upgrade from someone moving up from a Saratoga or a Cirrus.  With no cannulas to worry about due to the pressurization, it makes for a much more comfortable ride then one of the aforementioned airplanes.

Need range?  This Malibu holds 120 gallons and only burns 16.5 GPH in cruise.  You can take half tanks (60 gallons) and give yourself another 360 pounds of payload, but still have 3.5 hours worth of fuel!

With two separate baggage compartments, one in the nose and one behind the back row of seats, there is plenty of room for luggage (including multiple sets of golf clubs).

N25120 is equipped with a RAM cooling mod to get more air to the cylinders, so the CHTs always stay nice and cool, no matter the power setting and altitude.

Interested in N25120?  Call Texas Top Aviation today for more information and to set up a demo flight.
