SOLD! 2021 Tecnam P2010 TDI N248TD

Price: $475,000

This ain’t your Grandpa’s high wing Cessna.

Meet the Tecnam P2010 MKII TDI, a modern airplane for a modern pilot. This is truly a do anything airplane. It checks the box for an efficient cross country machine (almost 140 KTAS on 9 GPH of Jet A, compared to a Cessna T182 burining 15 GPH of Avgas at the same speed), a business person’s traveler, or a forgiving and easy to learn in new pilot trainer. The Tecnam P2010 meets a variety of missions, serving it’s owner well.

Fully modernized G1000NXi avionics with the GFC 700 autopilot give the pilot the latest and greatest avionics.

The front and back seats are easy to load in and out of, including a 3rd door for easy access to the back row.

N248TD has a brand new engine, making it the lowest time engine on the used market for a P2010.

SOLD! 2002 Cirrus SR22 N28TK 1/5 Share Available

Price: Sold!

Available immediately, a 1/5 share of N28TK, a very well cared for 2002 Cirrus SR22 based at the Boerne Stage Airfield (5C1) in San Antonio, TX. Come be a part of a special partnership. Los Cielos Flyers, LLC has been together for 10 years. This group of pilots takes excellent care of N28TK and have done some very nice upgrades to the airplane since they have owned it.  4 of the 5 owners have been trained by a Platinum CSIP and are very knowledgeable in the operation of a Cirrus SR22.

The avionics overhaul was done in 2017 by NexAir Avionics near Boston, MA. NexAir is known for their high quality Cirrus avionics work, which is why the owners took the airplane from San Antonio to Boston. The 3 screen Aspen panel modernizes the 2002 Cirrus, bringing full glass and no need for any steam gauge backup instruments (the attitude indicator in the pictures is a backup to the backup). The right hand Aspen screen is a full PFD backup with a backup battery to the center PFD, eliminating the need for any steam gauge backup instruments.

The Avidyne IFD 540 and 440 WAAS GPS Units bring WAAS capability, +V advisory glide path capability on RNAV approaches, and so much more. The hybrid touch screens make working the units in turbulence a non-issue.

The engine continues to run strong at over 2600 hours. Blackstone oil analysis reports are done each oil change and are available upon request. Believe it or not, only 1 cylinder has been changed in the entire 2600 hours that this engine has been on N28TK! The owners have a $75,000 engine reserve in the bank, so when the time comes, a new engine is already paid for.

Want to join the Los Cielos Flyers and get in the pilot’s seat of N28TK? This is a great opportunity to get access to a great Cirrus without having to shoulder the entire cost yourself.

Call Hank Gibson at 830-708-5961 or email hank@txtopaviation.com for more information. Complete digital logbooks are available upon request.

SOLD! 1977 Piper Cherokee 6/300 N38276

Price:  SOLD!

R134A Ice Cold Air Conditioning.

Yes, you read that correctly, R134A Ice Cold Air Conditioning in a Piper Cherokee 6/300! The passengers routinely complain about getting too cold in the back seat. That’s only the start of the features for N38276.

What to talk about next? The interior is eye catching. The sellers completely redid the interior a year ago and did not spare any expense. The gray leather with black insert seats are gorgeous. The gray cross-stitching on the sidewalls matches the seats, the carpet was redone, even the armrest on the console between the second row seats was redone. It’s beautiful.

Imagine your ideal airplane; what autopilot would it have? A Garmin GFC 500 with Electronic Stability Protection and a Level Button? Well, you are looking at your ideal airplane then! Combined with Dual Garmin G5 digital instruments, with the bottom G5 is a full backup for the top G5, pilots flying N38276 can laugh at IFR conditions because they present zero issue.

The Garmin 430W that drives everything is in excellent condition with buttons the push normally and ADS-B Traffic and Weather displayed on the moving maps. All that coming from the installed Garmin GTX 345 ADS-B In and Out Transponder. Want more information? Bluetooth the ADS-B In information to your iPad for a broader view. Keep an eye on all your cylinders with the JPI 830 full color engine monitor.

Want to bring the whole family? N38276 has a massive 1339 lb useful load, which, with full fuel (84 gallons) means you can bring the whole family and their bags. The payload with full fuel is an eye popping 835 pounds!

Then plane cruises at 155 knots on 18 GPH, so range is no issue. This truly is a no doubt family hauler (or golf buddy hauler with all the golf bags).

Logs are complete and available digitally. Contact Ryne Bergren at ryne@txtopaviation.com or 254-424-4110 for inquiries.

SOLD! 2013 Cirrus SR22T G5 N696CC SOLD!

Price: SOLD!

Only 410 hours since overhaul! Free Training with the Cirrus Embark Program.

N696CC is a beautiful specimen of a Cirrus G5 Turbo GTS. Full Cirrus Perspective by Garmin Avionics suite, complete with dual AHRS and ADC units (can’t have too many backups!). Air Conditioning, Oxygen and FIKI means this is an all weather airplane. Plus, keep your passengers entertained with the Starlink mini and mount that is installed in the rear window of the airplane. The Starlink will be included in the sale (the subscription price just dropped, too!).

Maintained most recently by Chuck’s Aircraft (the Austin Cirrus Service Center) and Lift Aviation (whose Director of Maintenance is a former employee of Chuck’s), so the next owner will have a Cirrus that has had a lot of attention to detail. CAPS repack was done in 2023 and the Line Cutters in 2024, so the next owner will have many years before any CAPS maintenance needs to be done.

Did you notice the engine time? Less than 410 hours since overhaul! The engine was overhauled after a minor tow bar prop strike in 2023 (the engine was started with the tow bar still attached). The prop was repaired (the damage was very minor) and the engine torn down and inspected. At the time, the owner elected to go ahead with a full overhaul, so the engine was overhauled after the tow bar incident..

This is a rare G5 Turbo with a very low time engine that is looking for a new home. Local Austin buyers have the option of taking over the hangar lease at KGTU as well. Logs are complete and are available upon request.
